Key Responsibilities

  • Represent KHCH in the community local events, in local media, and in communication with external stakeholders.
  • Engage with local regulatory and political stakeholders
  • Ownership of P&L and financial optimization
  • Work in partnership with Business Development to identify and help support relevant and value creating strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them
  • Manage all aspects of operational activities, such as process creation, expansion plans, - all with the goal of creating a highly efficient operations.
  • Leverage network to recruit industry specialists to scale different parts of the business -, operations, customer service, business development, marketing etc.
  • Structure, run experiments and conduct analysis to grow market share and adoption rate, develop optimal merchant mix, and dictate pace of expansion
  • Set the cultural tone of the offices for the operations and cross-functional teams
  • Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns targeted both at the consumer and merchant partners
  • Initiate key marketing activities, communications, social media, partnerships, and events.

What you will need

  • 8 Minimum Years of Experience in any of these fields; Management, Strategy, Operations, Technology, Business Development
  • Minimum 2 years in Senior Management roles

  • Disciplined organizational skills - You will need to prioritize and manage hundreds of ongoing processes and projects simultaneously
